On Wednesday, September 21st, LCIA will host the next event in our Locally Vested series: Shreveport-Bossier Business Forum. The event, which will take place at the Robinson Film Center in Shreveport, will begin with drinks, appetizers, and networking at 5:00 PM, during which attendees can meet the businesses and community stakeholders in the room.
From 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM, we will have panel discussion with local business organizations. Topics to be discussed will include upcoming public projects, new ordinances, incoming businesses, city initiatives, workforce development programs, and more. All attendees are encouraged to bring topics of their own and to join in the conversation.
Panelists will represent local business organizations, with each giving his/her take on the economic outlook for the Northwestern Louisiana region, along with opportunities available for local businesses. The following organizations will be represented on the panel:

Through its extensive reporting, Biz has its finger on the business pulse of the Shreveport-Bossier region. They can speak to businesses investing and expanding in the region, as well as what public projects affect local businesses.
