LCI Workers’ Comp recently welcomed two new employees: Customer Service Representative Katie Elder and Audit Coordinator Brandy Zeringue.
Meet Katie Elder
As the front desk CSR, Katie is LCI’s first line of communication, responsible for welcoming you to the office, directing calls, and taking payments.
A native of Mobile Alabama, Katie first moved to Louisiana four years ago and currently lives in Ponchatoula. Katie has two sisters—in fact, there are no boys in her family—and she frequently travels back to Mobile see her family and to make trips to the beach. Katie is also a Bama fan. But let's not hold this against her; instead, let’s welcome her to LCI.
Meet Brandy Zeringue
LCI’s Audit Department has also added a new face to its team, Audit Coordinator Brandy Zeringue. In this role, Brandy assists policyholders with their annual audits. She will also handle phone communication with policyholders, schedule audit meetings, assist with mailed audits, and prepare and organize all of the documentation for audits. Brandy received a Legal Assistant Certification from Delgado Community College in 2004. She spent the following decade working as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal. A native of New Orleans’ West Bank, Brandy and her husband now live in Mandeville with their daughter Bella. Brandy spends her free time taking Bella to the park and going on other adventures.
LCI’s past Front Desk CSR Francque Zelenock and past Audit Coordinator Eryn Waltrip are both still with LCI, now serving as Claims Service Representative and Premium Auditor, respectively.
